Leon's journalism career began at The Adelaide News in 1984 and he's worked for the Advertiser, The Sunday Mail, Channel 7, Channel 10 and the ABC.

For 4 years Leon has worked for the Rann Government - building South Australia as the Infrastructure Minister's Chief of Staff.

Location: South of the metropolitan area, the district incorporates outer southern residential suburbs as well as the grape growing district of McLaren Vale and adjacent agricultural land.
