Producer ABC TV's Stateline program in Hobart

Fiona Blackwood has been working on Tasmania's Stateline program as a reporter over the past two and a half years. 2004 is her first year as producer of the program. Fiona joined the ABC's Launceston bureau in 1999 and enjoyed a 12 months of travelling around Tasmania's beautiful North East and West Coasts. In Hobart she has worked as a reporter. Before joining the ABC, Fiona worked in commercial radio and television. She has a special interest in science reporting and completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Tasmania majoring in Psychology and Zoology.
