Cr. Patricia GouldCouncillor of Albury City. Cr Patricia Gould was first elected to AlburyCity Council in 1974. This period included five and a half years as Mayor and one year as Deputy Mayor. Cr Gould, married to Noel, is director of a family business, and the mother of five sons, four daughters in law and five grandchildren. In the community, Cr Gould is the director of the Albury Wodonga Cancer Foundation, the Mercy Health Services Board, the Trinity Anglican Board and the Upper Murray Regional Library. Cr Gould was awarded an OAM for her service to the Community and Local Government. Nominated by the Rotary Club of Albury North, Patricia is a recipient of a "Paul Harris Fellow" for her work in the community and service to Local Government. She was also the recipient of the"Emeritus" Award by the Local overnment Association of NSW for her service as Mayor of AlburyCity. A keen swimmer, Cr Gould is a Life Member of three swimming clubs, the Ovens & Murray Association and three Community Groups. She is Patron of five community organisations. Cr Gould is Chair of the Albury Services Board, represents Council on the Country Public Libraries Association of NSW, is a member of the Cultural Precinct Working Party, Council's representative on the Kremur Street Parkland Working Party, Chair of the Albury Traffic Facilities Committee, and a member of the Upper Murray Regional Library Board of Directors. Cr. Gould is Chair of the RTA NSW Bicycle Advisory Committee.
