Colin Parks is one of Australia 's most experienced public affairs and government relations practitioners.
A former journalist, he worked extensively in Australia and in Asia for newspapers, radio and television.
Then followed nine years as a media and political adviser to the Prime Minister, Bob Hawke, and senior Ministers.
Since 1992, Colin has provided public affairs, media and government relations counsel to a wide range of Australian and international companies and organisations, including PBL, MIM, News Ltd, Australia Post, Telstra, the Business Council, the four major accountancy firms, Professions Australia, Foxtel, the Australian Magnesium Corporation, Optus, John Fairfax, Santos, the Ethyl Corporation, National Air Support, and the International Olympic Committee.
He has good relations with all political parties in Canberra and maintains close contact with the offices of all Federal Ministers and the ALP and the Australian Democrats. Colin also has good contacts with key Ministerial offices in the various State capitals.
