There's a hint in advertisements in this weekend's papers about the
issue that the Labor Party hopes will bring them to government at the
next election - the financing and provision of infrastructure. The
Party's federal secretariat is conducting an inquiry in to the subject
and has invited submissions from "members of the public, business
groups, and community groups on this important national issue." Further
